Manchester – Clay County named SOAR Community of the Year
Our community was recognized at the SOAR Summit for its collaborative work on downtown revitalization and tourism.
Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) honored Manchester and Clay County as its Community of the Year, recognizing partnerships between local government, the chamber, tourism and business leaders.
The award celebrates projects that have brought new life to downtown Manchester, from festivals on the courthouse square to new businesses opening their doors.
